Simple green beans with just 4 other ingredients but can easily be dressed up with mushrooms, minced garlic, lemon juice, or shredded parmesan. This vegetable side goes well with a variety of meals, some of our favorites being Cornell chicken and meat loaf!
Ingredients
- 1 lb of green beans, rinsed with ends chopped off
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420°F and prepare a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix green beans with sunflower oil and all the seasonings.
- Place green beans on a sheet pan and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
