24 Mini tarts

These little homemade pecan tarts are always a party favorite. During the holiday season these fit right in with all the homemade chocolate and cookies people pass around. Also a little tip is to make sure the crust is as thin as possible. Remember it’s a mini pecan tart!

  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ Cup pecan pieces (not too small, about halves)

Instructions

For the dough/crust

  1. With an electric mixer, cream the butter and cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add the flour to it and combine.
  3. Scoop out about 1 Tbsp of the dough and roll into small balls, then with your fingers, spread the dough into the mini tart pan for the crust.
